Overview:

The Client: A Triple-A game company [redacted] sought a consultation to explore how generative AI could enhance their creative workflow.

The Mission: With more projects requiring deliverables than their resources could handle, the company wanted to investigate AI-driven solutions. Their wishlist included conceptual character design, world-building, and image-to-video capabilities. Drawing on their priorities, I developed actionable strategies to address their needs and integrate AI into their workflow.

The Process:

The client provided a list of three objectives. Concept designs for two distinct characters they described, and environmental designs for a world they envisioned. This would require training a custom LORA model for each character, and one for the world itself. I created a custom workflow in ComfyUI, to run FLUX (a generative AI model) locally, and begin to build out the prompts for each character.

Results:

As generative AI tools become increasingly sophisticated and accessible, organizations are exploring how these technologies can enhance their workflows. Leading companies like Coca-Cola and Nike are already leveraging generative AI in commercials and media campaigns. Drawing on my expertise, I collaborated with the client to guide their decision-making process around integrating AI solutions. The client was delighted with the actionable insights and content provided, enabling them to make informed decisions for their organization.
